Shanghai Aerotech has a wide variety of machining equipment spread over our three facilities in China. Most of our equipment has CNC controls which help us meet customer requirements consistently. Boring, Drilling, Grinding, Milling (upto 4 axis), and Turning are the most common machining processes that we complete in-house. We also work with a group of pre-qualified sub vendors to complete some other machining processes to meet customer requirements.
Our equipment list includes: TruMatic CNC Punching Machines, TruLaser Laser Cutting Machines, Hartford Bridge CNC Machining Centers, Hunco Vertical CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathe Machines, Global Status 3 Dimensional Co-ordinate Measuring Machines, Sodick Wire EDM, Gantry Mills, EDM Sinkers and Punching Machines.
We also have in-house facilities for laser cutting, coating, heat treatment and a variety of inspection and testing processes.
